Open a checklist, fill in the record details, tick each item on scene, then Complete & email to file it with the program for tracking and accountability.

How submission works

Completing a checklist creates a timestamped record with a unique submission ID and files it with the program. By default this opens your device's email app pre-filled — just hit send.
